Mom's Special Bundt Cake (New Year Cake)
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c water
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c sour cream
4 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
Frosting
1/4 c evaporated milk
1 - 2 cups powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients together (except cinnamon and sugar) and beat well. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together. Grease Bundt pan well. Sprinkle part of the cinnamon and sugar mixture on the bottam of the bundt pan. Pour in about 1/3 of the cake batter. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture, and then more cake batter. Continue to layer batter and sugar/cinnamon mixture until they are both gone. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 - 50 minutes.
Let cake cool for about 10 minutes. Then flip bundt pan over to dislodge cake. Mix the evaporated milk and powdered sugar together until you get a fairly runny consistency. Drizzle over cake and serve.
